General Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Clerk’s Office is closed on holidays and when other city Portrait-Stec-Thumbnailoffices are closed.

The Clerk’s Office manages city records, birth and death records (in the City of Wyandotte only), voter registration, elections, freedom of information requests and is the liaison and secretary to City Council. In addition, the clerk’s office manages business and rental registrations, peddler and solicitor licenses, and animal licenses. For information on gaining access to Wyandotte’s Dog Park, contact the Recreation Department at 324-7200.

Permanent Absentee Voter List Enrollment

Registering for the Permanent Absentee Voter List guarantees that we will mail an Absentee Ballot Application to you about 75 days before each election. You will still have to sign & return the application to us before each election so we can send you a ballot. Contact the City Clerk’s Office if you have additional questions.
