  • The Burton-Katzman Development Company was selected by the Mayor and Council and the DDA in early 2007 as the preferred developer to redevelop city-owned property in the downtown area.  Their submittal to the City’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is attached (seven other submittals were also received but are not attached).  The selection of the City and DDA was based upon the information contained within the submittal, a tour of the company’s projects in Dearborn and Birmingham, and an interview.  Please contact Joseph M.
