The Wyandotte Recreation, Leisure and Culture Department operates a bus service for Wyandotte Seniors 60 years and up, as well as disabled. Transportation is available for doctor visits, bank, shopping or other local errands. The bus is available to transport seniors within the local area for a one-way fee of $1.00.

You may call 734-324-4522 between the hours of 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday through Friday at least 24 hours in advance to make ride arrangements.

Taxi Token Program

The City of Wyandotte along with the SMART Community Transit offers a taxi token program for Senior Citizens ages 60 and over or those with a disability. Residents may purchase tokens which they may redeem with either Wyandotte Cab or Downriver Cab company, for local transportation.
