"A Family Tribute"
Made possible through taxes generated by the new development at the north east corner of Fort and Eureka.  Taxes will be captured by the Wyandotte Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, which will then be used for redevelopment, improvements, sign construction etc. in the area.
