so by the Thursday prior to the meeting at 4:30pm. Items may be
submitted in person, via mail, or by email. Please be sure to
address your communication to the Honorable Mayor and Council. If
you are submitting your item via postal mail, your OUTER ENVELOPE
should be addressed to the City Clerk for proper mail routing.

commission’s portion of the website for specific submittal
protocol and deadlines.
