Homeowners that wish to vacate the alley, adjacent their properties
must obtain the following:
1. Completed and signed application.
2. Written consent from all property owners that own a garage that
has alley access (both property owners, ie: husband and wife).
Your petition will be forwarded to the mayor and council for
approval.
