Census InformationAgendas and Minutes Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
Pursuant to Public Act 442 of 1979, The Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) regulates and sets requirements for the disclosure of public
records by all “public bodies” in the state.
For FOIA requests you must submit a
FOIA request form to the Office of the City Clerk.
Copies or inspections of records are kept at the Office of the City
Clerk, 3131 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, Michigan, during normal
business hours. The City of Wyandotte may impose charges within the
guidelines set forth in the Freedom of Information Act. (Public Act
442 of 1976, Sec. 4).
